Márcio Costa accuses pretty funk rapper politician wife Verônica Costa of 20 hours of torture. No domestic violence arrest was made.

Verônica Costa, city councilwomen and famous funk rapper in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was accused by her husband Márcio Costa to have ordered her brother and step father to savagely torture him for 20 hours with beatings and acid. He claims they tied his arms and legs with chains, beat him, doused him in kerosene or gasoline and threatened to set him ablaze. As proof he has his serious injuries, second and third degree burns. Police found gasoline in their home, an item that most people would not be possessing routinely in their home.

There could be potential doubts about the accuser’s truthfulness. Though it would be the first time of a victim inflicting serious injury upon himself in order to make false accusations.

Brazilian men accused of domestic violence get arrested and jailed without bail for accusations of merely shoving or lightly slapping a woman. (google "lei Maria da Penha")

Márcio Costa claims that, during the torture session, his wife asked him about marital infidelity, asking for the name of his alleged lover. She also kissed him in the midst of the torture.

The alleged domestic violence torturer was not arrested, rather she is counter-accusing her husband of being a violent drug addict. She claims he arrived home with all the injuries. Domestic violence is an unbailable crime.

Husband claims to have escaped when he was left with only one relative guarding him, he claims they were planning to kill him. Immediately after his escape he already told a neighbor about the torture. Women can get men arrested even if they tell the story months after the alleged facts.

In addition, torture is a special crime with specially severe punishment in Brazil.

Pizzey differentiates between genuine battered women and violence prone women or “emotional terrorists”. Unconsciously, these women seek or create hostile or violent relationships.

Erin Pizzey opened the very first women’s shelters, where women victims of domestic violence could flee to. To her own surprise she found, that a large percentage of these women were not genuine battered women that needed help to get out of violent relationships.

In domestic violence, men are always at fault. Erin Pizzey breaks a taboo: from her own vast experience running women’s shelters, she discovered a type of women that either seeks, provokes, or creates the violent environment.

Pizzey’s findings counter the feminist dogma, that the women is always the victim, and the man is the perpetrator. Feminists countered Pizzey with extreme hostility. Feminists managed to get her book removed from most libraries. Her books are very hard to find.

Conventional wisdom about domestic violence and divorce is based on feminist dogma, on false premises. Hence, the real problems will never be solved and false solutions harm innocent children and men.

The “guilty” emotional terrorist is a victim of her own unconscious rage and a victim of inept society: society, police, therapists and the lawt help the emotional terrorist to get her revenge but fail to help her to cure her real deep seated emotional behavior. She creates her own misery, all life long. She destroys her family, harms her husband, and might set up her children to become as disfunctional as she is.

It is also worth analyzing, if the concept of equality in relationships has not failed. Constant bickering and arguing is not productive. Conflicts need to be solved and cannot be dragged on forever. It seems, that if one person yields, and the other person has the final say, that is the only way how a family relationship can work.

In every enterprise, in court, everywhere, the boss (or a majority vote), make definite decisions which must be respected by the over-ruled minority. In the EEA (environment of evolutionary adaptedness) , the classic stone-age family structure, this would, most likey be the man, or the larger family or tribal unit.

There is significant research in psychology, that in happy life long couples, there always is one dominant partner who has the final say. (yes, this could be the woman)

PS:I differ from Pizzey here: It is quite plausible that this emotional terrorist behavior has a genetic component. There certainly are women, who, in spite of adverse childhood, do not become “violence prone”. And some violence prone women might have helped to actually create their own traumatic childhood, by their own unruly temperament.

In this position of fear, the family terrorists set out to achieve a specific goal. There many possible goals for the terrorists, including: reuniting the family once again, or ensuring that the children (if there are children in the relationship) remain under terrorist’s control, or actively destroying the terrorist’s spouse (or ex – spouse) emotionally, physically, and financially. Pizzey proposes specific therapies geared towards violence prone individuals. Pizzey believes that all this “terrorist” behavior is due to childhood trauma, due to children living in such unhealthy relationships.

In other words, men with such wives, in such relationships need to worry about the future of their children, about creating guture emotional terrorists who are set up to fail in their relationships.

This is why men get repressed by women. No man says anything. No man’s movement! If it were the other way around, the entire world press would be up in arms. Headlines all over. Feminists calling news rooms, making demonstration, heads of government making statements. But a man getting mutilated by a women? Serves him right, he deserves it. Womanizer. Hurt her feelings.

A domesticated Tiger Woods asks for forgiveness for being a man. Woods who could have thousands of women had a mere 14 women over a period of many years. Tiger’s mistake was to agree on a non-open marriage and to project the good boy image. Like most men, Woods got into the typical vicious cycle of false promises and deceit, instead of being honest and standing up for his rights as a powerful and highly desirable alpha male. And to add insult to injury, he now does “sexual addiction therapy” to rid him of normal male feelings and impulses. Maybe he ought to get castrated

What good is it for a man to earn US$ 100 Million if he cannot have fun? Here is Tiger’s truth:

Sure, Tiger Woods did not keep his agreement, his vow of faithfulness. Maybe he should not have agreed to these condicions in the first place. Why does a rich powerful man abdicate his freedom and vow to be “faithful”, to never look at another woman again?

I’ve had a lot of time to think about what I have done. My failures have made me look at myself in a way I never wanted to before. It is now up to me to make amends. And that starts by never repeating the mistakes I have made. It is up to me to start living a life of integrity.

Don’t make vows of faithfulness, and you can live a life with fun and enjoy integrity. Did he not take good care of his family? Fed them well. Earned a lot of money for them? Just he was foolish enough to get trapped in a vow of “fidelity”.

Now here is a rare positive example of another famous “pervert” husband’s wife supporting a husband’s freedom:

Evolution of jealousy

Jealousy and demand for faithfulness stem from our evolutionary past. There are flies whose sexual organ gets stuck in the female, so she cannot get fertilized by anyone else. This is a method that even the conservatives religious right would approve of, after all it also guarantees the male’s faithfulness, as his sexual organ is gone.

Men are extremely jealous, because their paternity is never certain. “Mother’s baby, father’s maybe”. And it is very costly, evolutionarily, if a cuckolded man dedicates years to feed and raise a kid that does not carry his genes. Females, on the other hand, don’t have this risk. A woman is always sure of her maternity. So why did evolution equip women with jealousy and possessiveness?

Women evolved to make sure that a man does not squander his resources with other women and children, but rather spends them on her and her children. But Tiger Woods’ has enough riches to take care of 20, or 200 women and their children. Historically, powerful men had the right to marry several women. Many women would rather be Tiger Woods’ 7th wife then the first wife of a poor loser.

Deception, dishonesty are pervasiveUnfortunately, men resort to deception, pretend to be “faithful” and monogamous, in order to conquer women and appease society. President Bill Clinton, Jerry Falwell, everybody does this. Dishonesty is built in tightly into our society. We say “I am fine” when we are not fine, and “you look great” when we think you look terrible. And men say “I have only eyes for you” when, of course, their eyes wonder whenever they are not under surveillance.

Honesty, deception, self deception are very common, and most people are self-deceived considering themselves honest.

Domestic violence

There are strong reasons to suspect domestic violence, that Tiger’s wife attacked him and thus caused the strange car accident. But Tiger is a gentleman and denies it. Of course, if he can be proven wrong, then his credibility will be tainted, he will be a proven liar.

She never hit me that night or any other night. There has never been an episode of domestic violence in our marriage. Ever.

Sexual addiction Therapy

Tiger is already undergoing therapy for doing what every normal healthy man dreams: boinking some gorgeous blondes. I wrote about poor Tiger’s sexual addiction therapy.

It is hard to admit that I need help. But I do. For 45 days, from the end of December to early February, I was in inpatient therapy, receiving guidance for the issues I’m facing. I have a long way to go. But I’ve taken my first steps in the right direction. [...]
